■ When Enrollment/Recognition Becomes Invalid
When iris data enrollment/recognition becomes invalid or takes too much time, check to see the following.
If the trouble cannot be corrected even after checking and trying the remedy, refer to the system administrator.
You may not open your eyes
widely enough during captur-
ing.
Keep your eyes opened as wide as you can
until the capturing process is completed.
You may have moved quickly
during capturing.
If you move quickly, that may cause invalid capturing. Move slowly by following
the guide indicator or voice guidance.
Light has been reflecting on the
glasses.
Light reflection may cause invalid recognition.
Move your face or the front panel upward or down-
ward to prevent the reflection. If you still cannot rec-
ognize yourself, take off your glasses/sunglasses.
