*:* The Remote function allowsyou to enable or disable the remote control for usewith the DVD Camcorder.
1. Set the [Mode] switch to [DISC] or [CARD].
2. Set the [Power] switch to [1_ (Camera}] or [l_(Player)]
3. Press the [MENU] button.
= The menu listwill appear.
4. Move the [Joystick] up or down to select <System>, then press the [Joystick].

5. Move the [Joystick] up or down to select <Remote>, then press the [Joystick]. ".....
6. Move the [Joystick] up or down to select <On> or <Off>, then press the [Joystick].
7. Toexit, press the [MENU] button.
Ifyou set the Remote to Off in the menu andtry to use it, the remote control icon ((<_l)will
blink for 3 seconds on the LCD Screen andthen disappear.
