D Shoot night scenes
When the shutter-release button is pressed all the way, the camera captures a series of images
which are combined into a single image and saved.
Once the shutter-release button is pressed all the way, hold the camera still until a still image is
displayed. After taking an image, do not turn the camera off before the monitor switches to the
shooting screen.
The angle of view (i.e., the area visible in the frame) seen in the saved image is narrower than
that seen in the monitor at the time of shooting.
The flash setting is fixed at y Flash off (A 31).
The self-timer can be set, but Y Smile timer is not available (A 33, 35).
H Shoot close-ups
The camera automatically zooms to the closest position at which it can focus.
The flash is set to y Flash off, but the setting can be changed (A 31).
The self-timer can be set, but Y Smile timer is not available (A 33, 35).
X Photograph food
The camera automatically zooms to the closest position at which it can focus.
Use the multi selector JK to adjust the hue setting and press flexible button 4 (O). The hue
setting is saved in the camera’s memory even after the camera is turned off.
