74. Type 7 and the Enter ↵ key on the keyboard.
75. Wait until the DPR displays the (FIG.2) menu. Only Item 1 displays at this time.
76. Type S and the Enter ↵ key, B and the Enter ↵ key and M and the Enter ↵ key on the
keyboard. Items 2 through 5 will now be displayed on the (FIG.2) menu.
77. Type 2 and the Enter ↵ key on the keyboard. Wait until the DPR displays the (FIG.3) menu.
78. Type 1 and the Enter ↵ key on the keyboard.
79. Type 19 and the Enter ↵ key on the keyboard.
80. Press the Menu key. The DPR displays the menu shown in FIG.2.
81. Type 1 and the Enter ↵ key on the keyboard. The DPR displays the (FIG.9) menu.
82. Type 1 and the Enter ↵ key on the keyboard.
83. Type the current year and the Enter ↵ key on the keyboard.
84. Type 2 and the Enter ↵ key on the keyboard.
85. Type the current month and the Enter ↵ key on the keyboard.
86. Type 3 and the Enter ↵ key on the keyboard.
87. Type the current day and the Enter ↵ key on the keyboard.
88. Press F4 (Set) to set the date and time. The date and time displayed in the upper right hand
corner of the screen will reflect your changes.
89. Press the OPS Menu key on the keyboard. The DPR displays the menu shown in FIG.1.
90. Type 6 and the Enter ↵ key on the keyboard. Wait until the DPR displays the (FIG.4) menu.
91. Type 1 and the Enter ↵ key on the keyboard. Wait until the DPR displays the (FIG.5) menu.
92. Type 2 and the Enter ↵ key on the keyboard. Wait until file number 2 (M510SYS.FIL) has
been copied.
93. Press the OPS. Menu on the keyboard. The DPR displays the menu shown in FIG.1.
94. Press the function key F8 (Exit) on the keyboard. Wait until the DPR displays the message ”BE
SURE TO SET BOOT SWITCH ON WD SIDE AND PRESS RESET SWITCH”.
95. Remove the Program Floppy Disk 1/3.
96. Switch OFF the LOCAL POWER switch on the rear side of the DPR (FIG12- ¯).
97. Wait 10 seconds and switch ON the LOCAL POWER button on the rear side of the DPR
(FIG12- ¯). Wait until the DPR displays the message ”Please insert system floppy disk & hit
any key then restart disk mount”.
98. Insert the MU5907 SPECIAL TOOL for YEAR 2000 floppy disk into the FD drive and press
the Enter ↵ key on the keyboard. Wait until the DPR displays the message from FIG.6.
99. Type GO2000 BACK and press the Enter ↵ key on the keyboard. (see FIG.10)
Note: A space exists between “GO2000” and “BACK”
