Installation of Quick Movie Magic
1 Insert the supplied CD-ROM into the
personal computer’s CD-ROM drive.
• Quit all applications.
• The [Setup Menu] screen appears.
2 Click [Quick Movie Magic].
3 Click [Next].

Quick Movie Magic
You can easily transfer recordings made with your
Camcorder to a PC where you can enhance them
with titles and music
• For advanced users who want to make more
precise edits, MotionDV STUDIO offers
convenient features.
The edited contents set with Quick Movie Magic
can be opened in the MotionDV STUDIO where
the recording can be made as desired.
MotionDV STUDIO
The Motion DV STUDIO is the software that allows
videos to be captured from a video device, edited
and outputted. Digital edition on a PC (Non-linear
edit) enables you to create video works with
minimum deterioration of image quality. You can
also apply various special effects such as fade
effects, transition effects and titles to videos.
The Camcorder can be connected to the personal
computer with the DV Cable.
The Camcorder can be connected to the personal
computer with the USB Cable, however, USB Driver
must be installed.
Do not connect the USB Cable until the USB
Driver is installed. (pp. 57~58)
• USB Driver must be installed when you connect the
Camcorder to the PC with the USB Cable and use
Quick Movie Magic or MotionDV STUDIO.
• Despite having the Operating environment
indicated, it may not be possible to use the program
with some types of personal computers.
• When you connect to an USB 2.0 interface board,
use a certified board with the USB 2.0 (HI-SPEED
USB) logo.
