The subject is
not in focus
The AF mode is set
to k
(Continuous mode)
Autofocus is not locked (focus lock) when
the AF mode is set to k. The camera will
continue focusing on the subject while the
shutter release button is pressed halfway. If
there is a subject that you wish to focus on,
set the AF mode to l (Single mode) and
use the focus lock.
The Capture mode
is set to \
(Moving Object),
C (Kids) or E
(Pet) in H mode
Set the Capture mode to setting other than
