F Macro Mode (Close-ups)
Use macro mode for close-ups.
Tap the macro mode icon (
q) and tap F (w) to
turn macro mode on.

F is displayed when
macro mode is on.
When macro mode is in e ect, the camera focus-
es on subjects near the center of the frame. Use
the zoom control to compose pictures.
To exit macro mode, tap the macro mode icon to
display the macro mode menu and tap H.

• Use of a tripod is recommended to prevent blur
caused by camera shake.
• The ash may fail to light the entire subject at very
short ranges. Increase the distance to the subject
and try again.
