CAUTIONS WHEN CONNECTING TO THE PERSONAL COMPUTER
• While this camera is connected to the computer or transferring the image data between this camera
and the computer, do not perform the following operations. Otherwise, an error may occur, the
camera and the computer may not function correctly, or the image data recorded on the CF card
may be erased or damaged.
• Turn off the power of the camera
• Disconnect the USB cable
• Rotate the function dial
• Remove or insert the CF card
When the camera is connected to the computer, the time for the auto power off function is fixed in 30
minutes automatically regardless of the power supply you use or the settings in the SETUP mode
(see page 113).
