Opening Shooting Data Files
In the Photo Secretary application, click "File" and "Open" to activate the Open dialog
box (Fig. 28). Select your desired file and click "Open", or double-click the icon for the
file,
to display the shooting data. You can open a shooting data file when another file
is already open.
With Photo Secretary, you can open files with the following file name extensions:
".psh"
(Photo Secretary II for F100 file format)
",F5" (Photo Secretary for F5 file format)
".nkn"
or ",f90" [Photo Secretary for F90/F90X (N90/N90s) file format]
With Photo Secretary II for F100, the file name extension
".psh"
is automatically
added to the file name of a newly created file. It cannot be changed.

Selecting Shooting Data File Views
You can choose "List" (Fig. 39), "Text" (Fig. 30), "Film" (Fig. 31), "Thumbnail" (Fig. 32)
and "Thumbnail & List" (Fig. 33) as view styles for shooting data files. Select the
desired view style from the View menu. When two or more shooting data files are
open,
first click on the shooting data display window to activate the file you want to
change, then follow the procedure below.
With any view style, the title, comment and film speed are displayed at the top of the
shooting data display window.
