Selecting an Image Quality Mode
The camera offers nine image quality modes. Select the mode best suited to
your photographic needs.
LCD Panel LCD Monitor
2048 × 1536 F, 2048 × 1536 N, 2048 × 1536 E
1024 × 768 F, 1024 × 768 N, 1024 × 768 E
640 × 480 F, 640 × 480 N, 640 × 480 E
* The recordable picture count varies as you switch the image quality mode.

A Press the PIC button and select an
image quality mode.
The image quality mode changes each time
the button is pressed.
Note
• To record the image without
compressing the data, select the
non-compressed (NC) mode. →

The selected image quality mode will be
displayed.
The image quality mode setting will be saved
even when the power is turned off.
