Unable to
communicate with
printer
There is no
connection
between the
camera and
printer.
Press the OK button on the
camera to return to the
Print Setup menu. Make
sure the cable is connected
between the camera or the
optional HP 8886 camera
dock and the printer. If
that does not work, turn off
the camera and
disconnect it. Turn the
printer off and then on
again. Re-connect the
camera and turn it on.
A supported
printer is either
turned off or not
connected to the
camera.
Press the OK button on the
camera to return to the
Print Setup menu. Make
sure the camera is
connected to a supported
printer and that the printer
is turned on.
Selected print size
is larger than
selected paper
size
The selected print
size is larger
than the paper
size in the Print
Setup menu.
Press the OK button on the

smaller print size and try
printing again.
