okay. Transfer the
image to a computer
and try opening it with
the HP Image Zone
software.
• Do not remove the
memory card when the
camera is turned on.

experienced an
error.

Camera has
experienced an
error and is
shutting down.
The camera may
have
experienced a
transient
problem.
Turn the camera off, if it is
on, and then on again. If
that does not fix the
problem, try resetting the
camera (see page 74). If
the problem persists, note
the error code and then
call HP Support (see
page 106).
Unknown USB
device.
The camera is
connected to a
USB device that it
does not
recognize.
Make sure that the camera
is connected to a
supported printer or
computer.
Unsupported
printer
The printer is an
unsupported
device.
Connect the camera to a
PictBridge-certified printer.
Or connect the camera to
a computer and print from
there instead.
