I receive an
error message
while
transferring
images from
the camera to
my computer.
A power surge
or electrostatic
discharge may
have interrupted
the transfer.
Close the HP Jmage Zone
Transfer software, disconnect
the camera from the computer,
and reset the camera (see
page 74). Then, restart the
image transfer process (see
page 61).
I am having a
problem
installing or
using the
HP Image
Zone software.
Your computer
does not have
enough RAM to
install the
software.
