3. Access HP e-support. If you have access to the Internet,
connect with HP via e-mail by going to:
www.hp.com/support. You will receive a personal reply
from an HP Customer Support technician. E-mail support
is available in the languages listed at that website.
4. (US and Canadian customers, skip this step and go on to
Step 5.) Contact your local HP dealer. If your digital
camera has a hardware failure, take it to your local
HP dealer for a solution. Service is free during your
digital camera’s limited warranty period.
5. Contact HP Customer Support for support by phone. If
you cannot solve the problem using the above options,
you can call HP for support. Check www.hp.com/support
for contact details.
Phone Support
Phone support is available both during and after the
warranty period.
Call HP while you are in front of your computer and digital
camera. For faster service, please be prepared to provide
the following information:
The digital camera’s model number (on the front of the
camera)
The digital camera’s serial number (on the bottom of the
camera)
