camera enters standby mode to save power.
The camera will turn off automatically if no
operations are performed for three minutes
after entering standby mode.

The monitor will remain on for three minutes when menus are displayed.

Choose the time allowed to elapse before the camera enters
standby mode when no operations are performed from [30s]
(default setting), [1m], [5m], and [30m].
Sleep Mode
If [On] is selected, the camera will enter standby mode when there
is no change in the brightness of the subject in shooting mode,
even before the time selected in the auto off menu has elapsed.
The camera will enter sleep mode after 30 seconds when [Auto off]
is set to [1m] or less, or after a minute when [Auto off] is set to [5m]
or more.
