Initial Settings
The first time the camera is turned on after
purchasing, the [
Language/u] screen
appears on the monitor. Follow the
procedure below to set the language
displayed on the monitor and the current
date and time. Once these settings are
made, you will not need to set them again
when you turn on your camera.
If the [Date Adjustment] screen appears, set
the date and time by following the procedure
in “Setting the Date and Time” (p.56).
You can choose the language in which the menus, error messages, etc.
are displayed from the following: English, French, German, Spanish,
Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Danish, Swedish, Finnish, Polish, Czech,
Hungarian, Turkish, Greek, Russian, Korean, Chinese (traditional/
simplified) and Japanese.

(2345) to select the desired
language.
