Using RECORD menu options
1 Turn the camera on.
2 Rotate the Mode knob to the RECORD setting.
3 Press the Menu button.
Use the RECORD menu options to:
• Change the LCD brightness (page 23)
• Set the white balance for photos, if needed
(page 24)
• Set exposure value for brightness compensation
(page 25)
• Set Quick View mode (page 26)
Note: Press the Menu button again to escape the menu.

Using PLAY menu options
1 With the camera on, rotate the Mode knob to the PLAY
setting.
2 Press the Menu button.
Use the PLAY Menu options to:
• Change the LCD brightness (page 23)
• Display a slideshow of your photos (page 28)
• Set the video mode to view your photos on a TV
(page 29)
• Select the folder (page 31)
• Protect (lock) current or all photos (page 32)
