Sending your images via e-mail
PhotoMAX Pro can work in conjuction with your e-mail
software to automatically create new e-mail messages with
your images as attachments.
1 With PhotoMAX Pro open, make sure your computer is
connected to the internet. For more information, see
the instructions that came with your computer or
provided by your internet service provider.
2 To open a photo in the software, select File/Open.
A dialog box opens, displaying the folders on your
computer.
Note: If you have not yet transferred your photos from
the camera to the computer, see page 41.
3 Browse to the image file you want to open, and double-
click it to open it.
The image opens in PhotoMAX Pro. If you have more
than one image open in the software, make sure the
image you want to send is in the active window (click on
a window to make it active).
4 Select
Internet/Send.
A dialog box from your e-mail software opens,
displaying your user profile.
5 Choose the user profile you want to use.
Note: Usually, your profile is your full name. If you’re
not sure, consult the documentation for your
e-mail software.
6 Click OK.
Your e-mail software automatically creates a new e-mail
message with the image file attached.
Note: If you have any problems sending the message,
consult the documentation for your
e-mail software or your computer.
