Rec End Search
You can easily locate the recording end position on a
tape with this function.
1 Insert the cassette.
2 Press the TIME SEARCH key.
Search Destination Setting mode is activated.

REC END SEARCH
SHIFT : Mm
CHANGE : µ
INPUT : NUM KEY
SEARCH : SET KEY
ABORT : TIME SEARCH KEY
3 Press the B or b key to select Rec End Search
mode (“REC END SEARCH” flashes).
4 Press the SET key.
The tape rewinds or fast-forwards searching for the
tape position of the recording end.
The message “SEARCHING” is displayed while
searching.
When you execute a Rec End search in Playback
During Recording mode of the HSR-2/2P, guidance
for the next operation is displayed.
