• You cannot input a signal to your camcorder if you press DISPLAY/BATT INFO while
[V-OUT/PANEL] is selected.
MENU ROTATE
You can select the scrolling direction (up and down) of the menu items on the
LCD screen when you touch or on the screen.
GON Select to display the cassette information for about 5 seconds:
– After the POWER switch is set to the CAMERA-TAPE
mode and the cassette is inserted.
– When the POWER switch is set to the PLAY/EDIT mode.
OFF Select when you do not want to display the cassette information.
GMELODY Select to sound a melody when you start/stop recording, when
executing any operation on the touch panel or when an unusual
condition occurs on your camcorder.
NORMAL Select to sound a beep instead of the melody.
OFF Select to cancel the melody, the beep sound, the shutter sound or the
confirmation beep sound for operation on the touch panel.
GLCD PANEL Select to show the displays such as the tape counter on the LCD
screen.
V-OUT/PANEL Select to show the displays such as the tape counter on the TV screen
and the LCD screen.
GNORMAL Select to scroll the menu items downwards by touching .
OPPOSITE Select to scroll the menu items upwards by touching .

automatically assign this number. You can not change this
number.
The cassette title set by [ TAPE TITLE] in the menu settings
(Cassette label).
The first-recorded date in this cassette.
The last-recorded date in this cassette.
The recorded area is indicated by the yellow-green bar.
