The Special Effect consists of a posterization filter that takes
posterization-type pictures, a soft filter that produces soft-contoured
pictures, a slim filter that produces a slim effect, and a comment space
function that creates a small space in a picture as a comment space.
Posterization is an effect that uses a limited range of color tones and
enables you to take posterization-type pictures.
1 Press the MODE button in Capture mode.
The Mode Palette appears.
2 Use the four-way controller
(2345) to select (Special
Effect).
3 Press the OK button.
The Special Effect screen appears.
4 Use the four-way controller (23) to select
(Posterization).
Taking Pictures with Special Effect
You cannot use the digital zoom in Special Effect mode.
