5.7.6 UPnP
UPnP (Universal Plug and Play) If you connect your camera to a router, IP allocator, or
wireless AP, the camera will possibly be blocked by the NAT (network address
translation) and can’t be located on the Internet.
To penetrate the firewall, activate the supportive item UPnP. The Link URL shows the
external IP address and the port of the router.

Active Yes: UPnP function on
No: UPnP function off
UPnP Traversal
Active Yes: UPnP Traversal active
No: UPnP Traversal disabled
Port range Range of usable ports, default 32768 ~ 65535
Link URL Not editable: display of current external IP-Adress of the camera.
If display shows: " http://Trying to traverse...
" after pressing
"Safe", the UPnP function failed. Please check settings of PC
peripheral UPnP devices.
