When you select a flash mode, you may find that the
displayed image disappears and the screen goes
dark because the flash is charging. In this event, the
viewfinder lamp flashes orange.

If you use the flash in very dusty surroundings, white
specks may appear on the image due to the flash
reflecting from the dust particles.
Use this mode for ordinary photography. The
flash fires automatically as required by the
shooting conditions.

In “w MANUAL” mode, you can switch
between menu pages by pressing “d” or “c” for
the directions indicated by the arrows “b” or “a”
at the end of the menu.

3Press the “MENU/OK” button to confirm the
selection. Once the setting is valid, it is
displayed at the top of the LCD monitor screen.
