E. Updating Firmware
Identify the version of Firmware
You can identify the version of NETWORK VIDEO SERVER’s Firmware on System
Configuration Page. It is important that you first check on the Firmware version your NETWORK
VIDEO SERVER has currently installed.
Follow the below steps to check the present version of Firmware
① Connect to your NETWORK VIDEO SERVER’s homepage.
② Click “Administrator Menus”.
③ Move to System Configuration Page and check the Firmware Version.
Also write down the Serial Number.
Download New Firmware
You can download the latest Firmware from the INTELLINET NETWORK SOLUTIONS Website
located at www.intellinet-network.com/ipcamera
.
Be sure to verify that the Serial Number of the camera matches the serial number given on the
selection page. Video Server’s Serial Number always starts with MNS-… .
CAUTION
Follow the instruction as provided in this manual. During the process you must not disconnect
Network Video Server from the network or power source. Otherwise your NETWORK VIDEO
SERVER can be seriously damaged beyond repair.
If the Firmware Upgrade Process failed and NETWORK VIDEO SERVER does not operate properly
