Image Storage
Choose a storage location
for pictures and videos.
This setting remains until
you change it.
AUTO... (default)—the camera uses the card
if one is in the camera. If not, the camera uses
internal memory.
INTERNAL MEMORY...—the camera always
uses internal memory, even if a card is installed.
Set Album
Choose Album names.
Pre-select album names before you take
pictures or videos. Then, all the pictures or
videos you take are tagged with those album
names. See page 49.
Video Quality
Choose number of pixels
for recording.
This setting remains until
you change it.
VGA (default)—video is recorded in a 640 x
480 pixel window.
QVGA—video is recorded in a 320 x 240 pixel
window.
Available only in Video mode.
Sound Recording
Choose whether you
record sound with the
videos.
ON or OFF (default)
Available only in Video mode.
Image Stabilizer
Choose whether camera
stabilization is on or off
while recording videos.
ON (default) or OFF
Available only in Video mode.
Video Length
Choose video duration.
CONTINUOUS (default)—as long as there is
room on the card or internal memory.
5, 15, or 30 SECONDS.
Available only in Video mode.
