# If you try to record small or finely detailed objects with
[PICT. QUALITY] set at [ ], the images may break up into a
mosaic-like pattern. Record with [PICT. QUALITY] set at [ ]
instead. (l 51)
Sound is not played back
from the built-in speaker
of this unit.
≥Is the volume too low?
# During playback, move the volume lever to display the volume
indication and adjust it. (l 70)
Sound is played back
from one side of
speakers when motion
pictures recorded on this
unit are played back on
another device.
≥The internal microphones of this unit record sound with Dolby Digital
5.1 Creator. When the sound is played back on another device, if
stereo 2 channel speakers on TV are used, the sound may be
played back from one side of the speakers.
When the TV has surround sound effect function, we recommend
using it.
Refer to the operating instructions of the TV for how to operate the
surround sound effect.
