Zoom Display
You can display images magnified up to a maximum of 4 times. A
guide to operation is displayed on the LCD monitor during magni-
fication. (The magnification varies depending on the number of
recorded pixels.)

Enter the Playback mode and
choose the image you want to
magnify with the four-way con-
troller (
̇̈).

Press / on the Zoom/ /
button.
The image will be magnified (1× to 4×). If you keep pressing
( ), the magnification of image will be changed continuously.
b The following operations can be performed while the magni-
fied image is displayed.
Four-way controller (̆̄̇̈) :Moves the position to be magnified
Zoom / / button ( ) : Makes the image larger
Zoom / / button ( ) :Makes the image smaller
Display button :Turns the guide marks on/off

Press the MENU button.
Zoom playback will end.
• The movie pictures cannot be magnified.
•
If the camera is turned on in Playback Only mode, pressing
the Playback button will not change the mode to Capture
mode.Turn the camera off and then turn it on again.
