Taking Pictures
You can choose from the following four display modes when in Capture
mode. Refer to “Monitor Indications” on the inside of the front cover for
details of each display mode.
(The screen images are examples to indicate the position of the icons.)
Memo
All buttons are operable even if the display mode is set to [LCD Off]. For
example, pressing the shutter release button allows you to take pictures.
f appears when camera shake is likely to occur. Refer to p.71 for
information on how to prevent camera shake.
The shape of the histogram gives you information about the brightness and
contrast of your picture (p.60).
When firing the flash, b (Flash icon) appears even if the display mode is set
to [No info. Display].
