Step 2: Connecting the digital still camera to
your computer as a PC camera
1. Turn on the camera.
2. Slide the mode switch to [ ] or [ ].
3. Press the MENU button, and select [Setup] menu with the button.
4. Select [USB] with the / buttons, and press the SET button.
5. Select [PC Camera] with the / buttons, and press the SET
button.
6. Connect one end of the USB cable to the conversion adapter terminal
of the camera.
7. Connect the other end of the USB cable to an available USB port on
your computer.
g The [PC Camera] is displayed on the screen.
8. Position the digital still camera steadily on top of your computer
monitor or use a tripod.
When using this digital still camera as a PC camera, it is
necessary to insert the battery into the digital still camera.
