the right, at its expense, to repair or replace the defective product or part and deliver an equivalent
productorparttothecustomer.Therepair/replacementunit’swarrantycontinuesfromtheoriginaldate
ofpurchase.

beneworreconditioned.TRENDnetdoesnotissuerefundsorcredit.Pleasecontactthepoint‐of‐purchase

TRENDnetshallnotberesponsibleforanysoftware,firmware,information,ormemorydataofcustomer

anyunauthorizedservicecenter.Thiswarrantyisvoidedif(i)theproducthasbeenmodifiedor
repairedby
anyunauthorizedservicecenter,(ii)theproductwassubjecttoaccident,abuse,orimproperuse(iii)the
productwassubjecttoconditionsmoresevere thanthosespecifiedinthemanual.
Warranty service may be obtained by contacting TRENDnet within the applicable warranty period and
providingacopyof
thedatedproofofthepurchase.Uponpropersubmissionofrequireddocumentationa
ReturnMaterialAuthorization(RMA)numberwillbeissued.AnRMAnumberisrequiredinordertoinitiate
warrantyservicesupportforallTRENDnetproducts.ProductsthataresenttoTRENDnetforRMAservice
must have theRMA
number markedon theoutside ofreturn packagesand sent toTRENDnet prepaid,
insured andpackagedappropriatelyfor safeshipment.Customers shippingfromoutsideoftheUSAand
Canada are responsible for return shipping fees. Customers shipping from outside of the USA are
responsibleforcustomcharges,includingbutnotlimited
to,duty,tax,andotherfees.
