z Changing or Deleting a Coded Speed Dialing
z To change a registered number:
(1) Follow the procedures from step 1 to 4 under “Registering Coded Speed Dialing”.
(2) Press and hold [ ] to delete the registered number.
(3) Use the numeric buttons to enter the new number.
(4) Press [OK].
(5) Press [Stop/Reset].
z To change a registered name:
(1) Follow the procedures from step 1 to 6 under “Registering Coded Speed Dialing”.
(2) Press and hold [ ] to delete the registered name.
(3) Use the numeric buttons to enter the new name.
(4) Press [OK].
(5) Press [Stop/Reset].
z To delete an entire entry:
(1) Follow the procedures from step 1 to 4 under “Registering Coded Speed Dialing”.
(2) Press and hold [ ] to delete the registered number.
(3) Press [OK].
(4) Press [Stop/Reset].
The name will automatically be deleted when you delete the number.
Printing the CODED SPEED DIAL TELEPHONE NO. LIST
You can print a list of the recipients registered for coded speed dialing. You may want to keep the
list near your machine to refer to it when dialing.
1 Press [FAX], then press [Menu].
2 Use [ ] or [ ] to select <PRNT REPORT/LIST>, then press [OK].
3 Use [ ] or [ ] to select <SPEED DIAL LIST>.
4 Press [OK].
5 Use [ ] or [ ] to select the sorting way, then press [OK].
Note
For a list of the recipients you have registered, print the coded speed dialing list (See “Printing
the CODED SPEED DIAL TELEPHONE NO. LIST” on page 66).
