3. Use [S] and [T] to adjust the exposure
compensation value.
[S]: Increases the EV value. A higher EV value is best used
for light-colored subjects and backlit subjects.
* Increasing the EV value also works well with the
BEST SHOT “Backlight” scene.
[T]: Decreases the EV value. A lower EV value is best for
dark-color subjects and for shooting outdoors on a
clear day.
To cancel exposure compensation, adjust the value until it
becomes 0.0.
4. After the EV value is
the way you want,
press [SET] to apply it.
The exposure compensation
value you set remains in
effect until you change it.
IMPORTANT!
• When shooting under very dark or very bright conditions,
you may not be able to obtain satisfactory results even
after performing exposure compensation.
