A TapeToA MemoryCard
Still images can be dubbed from a tape to a
memory card.
1 Load a cassette•( pg. 16)
2 Load a memory card.( pg. 17)
3 Set the VIDEO/MEMORY Switch to
"VIDEO".
4 Set the Power Switch to "PLAY" while
pressing down the Lock Button located on the
switch.
5 Set "[T] _ [M] COPY" to "ON". ( - pg. 35)
6 Press I_/11to start playback.
7 At the point you want to dub, press _-/11
again to engage Still Playback.
8 To dub the image, press SNAPSHOT.
• The _,[._F_I " indication appears during dubbing.
NOTE:
To use Playback Special effects with avideo
image you wish to dub, perform up to step 8 using
the remote control.(pg.24)

To use this camcorder as a player
1 Following the illustration, • pg. 23,
"Connections To A TV Or VCR", connect the
camcorder and the VCR's input connectors.
2 Perform steps l-b(pg.23)
3 At the point you want to start dubbing, start
recording on the VCR. (Refer to the VCR's
instruction manual.)
4 To stop dubbing, stop recording on the
VCR, then stop playback on the camcorder•
NOTES:
• It is recommended to use the AC Adapter as
the power supply instead of the battery
pack.( pg. 13)
• To choose whether or not the following displays
appear on the connected TV
• Date/time
Set DATE/TIME" to ON" or "OFF"
(:" pg. 35). Or, press DISPLAY on the remote
control to turn on/off the date indication.
• Time code
Set 'TIME CODE" to OFF" or ON"
( "pg. 35).
• Indications other than date/time and time code
Set ON SCREEN" to "OFF", LCD" or LCD/
TV" (: pg.35).
