Chapter 3 Main System Application
Invoke Alarm: Check this option if you wish to send alarm to the GV-System when this
input device is trigger. You may select the alarm type in the drop down
menu.
Send to Center: Check this option if you wish to send an image to the Center when this
device is trigger. Select the camera in the drop-down menu.
Invoke Notice: Check this option if you wish to have GV-System notices you by
Telephone/Pager or Email when this device is trigger. Click on the
arrow icon to choose between HotLine (Telephone/Pager) or Email
notification.
Output Module: If the input device is invoked, the system will send a signal
automatically to an output pin.
[Output Configuration]:
The Output area allows you to configure the output parameters from 1 to 16. The PT811
supports 1~8 outputs while the GV-IO supports 1~16 outputs.

PTZ: Connect to the panel
Name: You can specify a name for each input device in the Name text column.
Force Output: Click on the [Force Output] button and the system will send signal to
the output device.
Signal Type: There are four signal types available: N/O (Normal Open), N/O Pulse,
N/C (Normal Close), and N/C Pulse. Choose the one that suit mostly to
the device that you’re using. You may also specify the pulse duration
for pulse type signals.
Notes:
The same port cannot connect to both PTZ Dome and I/O device at the same time.
