Troubleshooting and Support
I receive an
error message
when
transferring
images to my
computer.
A power surge
or electrostatic
discharge may
have interrupted
the transfer.
Close the HP Image Zone
Transfer software, disconnect
the camera from the computer
(or remove it from the camera
dock), and reset the camera
(see page 96). Then, restart the
image transfer process (see
page 79).
I am having a
problem
installing or
using the
HP Image
Zone
software.
