Troubleshooting and Support
If your computer uses the Windows operating system, the
HP Image Zone software installation process (see Install the
Software on page 17) automatically installs either the full
version of the HP Image Zone software, the HP Image Zone
Express version, or no HP Image Zone software. This
depends on your computer’s system configuration, as
explained in the next section. HP
Image Zone Express lacks
some features contained in the full version of HP Image
Zone. See

System Requirements (Windows Only)
NOTE: The system requirements in this section apply only to
computers using the Windows operating system.
Depending on your computer's system configuration, the
installation process automatically installs either the full
version of the HP
Image Zone software, the HP Image Zone
Express version, or no HP Image Zone software.
• If your computer has Windows 2000 or XP and 128MB
of RAM or more, the installation process installs the full
version of the HP
Image Zone software.
• If your computer has Windows 2000 or XP and between
64MB and 128MB of RAM, the installation process
installs the HP Image Zone Express software. See
HP Image Zone Express (Windows Only) on page 98.
• If your computer has Windows 98, 98 SE, or ME and at
least 64MB of RAM, the installation process installs the
HP
Image Zone Express software.
