Shooting mode settings
Press or to select ON and
press the OK button.
Recording sound with still pictures is
set.
Press the OK button again to exit
the menu.
Recording starts after the shutter
button is pressed, and the
shutter closes.
The volume of the recorded sound can
be adjusted during playback.

If the source of the sound you are
recording is more than 1 m (3.3 ft.) from the microphone, the recorded
sound may not be very clear.
The next picture cannot be taken until recording has stopped.
Sound cannot be recorded during panorama shooting (P.89) or 2 IN 1 mode
(P.92).
