To connect the camcorder to the Edit Station
(1) Connect the power cord of the supplied AC power adaptor to a wall outlet.
(2) Connect the supplied connecting cord to the DC OUT jack on the AC power
adaptor.
(3) Insert the connecting plate into the guides at the bottom of the Edit Station.
(4) Set the POWER switch of the camcorder to OFF.
(5) Aligning the bottom of the camcorder with the arrow mark on the Edit Station,
slide the camcorder along the guide until it clicks.
(6) Set the POWER switch of the camcorder to VTR.
Caution
Do not set the POWER switch to CAMERA. The Edit Station can be used only for VTR
mode.
To remove the camcorder
(1) Set the POWER switch of the camcorder to OFF.
(2) While pressing HANDYCAM RELEASE on the Edit Station, slide the
camcorder.
