Cause and/or Corrective Action
The battery pack is not installed.
m Install the battery pack. (p.8)
The battery is dead.
m Use a charged battery pack. (p.6)
The AC power adaptor is not connected to a wall outlet.
m Connect the AC power adaptor to a wall outlet. (p.22)
You use other types of battery except NP-F530/F730.
While being operated in CAMERA mode, the camcorder has
been in Standby mode for more than 5 minutes.
m Turn STANDBY down once and then up again. (p.11)
The battery is dead.
m Use a charged battery pack. (p.6)
If the VF PW-SAVE is set to ON in the menu system, the
picture disappears automatically when you turn your face
away from the viewfinder.
m Bring your face close to the viewfinder within 1/2 inch
(1 cm). Or set VF PW-SAVE to OFF in the menu system.
