Taking a Panoramic Sequence of Pictures
1 Press the Mode button on top of
the camera until the Panorama
mode appears in the Image
Display. The camera switches to
Live View with displayed in
the Image Display. You are now
ready to take the first picture in
your panoramic sequence.
NOTE Panorama images are stitched together from left to
right, so your first image must be at the left-most end of
the panorama view.
2 Press the Shutter button to take the
first picture in the panoramic
sequence. After Instant Review, the
camera switches to Live View with
displayed in the Image
Display.
3 Position the camera to take the
second picture. Notice the transparent overlay of the image
of the first picture in the sequence superimposed on the left
third of the Live View screen. Use this overlay to align your
second picture horizontally with the first.
4 Press the Shutter button to take the
second picture. After Instant
Review, the camera switches to
Live View with displayed in
the Image Display. Again, the
transparent overlay of the previous
image is superimposed on the left
third of the Live View screen to
enable you to align your third picture.
