care, your camera will provide years of service.
CAMERA CARE
Do not subject the camera to shock or impact.
•Turn off the camera when transporting.
This camera is neither waterproof nor splashproof. Inserting or removing batteries or
the memory card, or operating the camera with wet hands may damage the camera.
When at the beach or near water, take care not to expose the camera to water or sand.
Water, sand, dust, or salt can damage the camera.
Do not leave the camera under direct sunlight. Do not point the lens directly at the sun;
the CCD may be damaged.
WIDE-ANGLE CONVERTER ACW-100
TELEPHOTO CONVERTER ACT-100
CLOSEUP LENS CL49-200
The Wide-angle Converter ACW-100 reduces the focal length of the camera lens by
0.8X, whilte the Telephoto Converter ACT-100 increases the focal length by 1.5X. The
update CD-ROMs supplied with the ACW-100 and ACT-100 should NOT be used with the
DiMAGE A200.
The Closeup Lens CL49-200 reduces the minimum focus distance of the lens to
approximately 8cm (3.1 in.).
