Functions of the Edit
Schedule Window Set
Menus in the Content Management
Window
Right-clicking on the “Schedule” tab of the “Content
Management” window displays a context-menu to provide
functions you can use for a schedule.
Some of the commands also appear as buttons on the
“Content Management” window toolbar.

Window” on page 47 for details on the menus when the
“Control,” “Playlist,” or ‘Extra Audio List” tab is
selected, respectively.
Edit command
Displays the content of the selected schedule in the “Edit
Schedule” window for editing.
Properties command
Displays the following “Schedule Properties” window of
the selected schedule.
Modify the items as you desire, then click [OK].
Specify No Playout Day command
When there is a day on which no playout will be done on
the players in the selected group, you can define that day
as a “no playout day.” The defined no playout day is
indicated in red on the calendar in the “View Schedule”
window, so that you can easily distinguish it from a day for
which a playout schedule has not yet been created.
The following “No Playout Day Settings” window appears
when this command is selected.
Specify the items in the following list, then click [OK].
Delete command
Deletes the selected schedule.
When you execute this command, a confirmation message
appears. Click [Yes] to delete the schedule.
Item Description
Type text box Type of the selected schedule (up to 20
characters). It will be left blank when you
don’t enter any text.
Title text box Title of the selected schedule (up to 40
characters).
When no title is specified, the date and
time when the schedule is saved will be
the title.
You can identify schedules by the type
and title.
Color drop-down
list box
The color used for the selected schedule
in the “View Schedule” window.
Time and Period Period and time when the selected
schedule will be used for playout.
Day of the Week
check boxes
Day(s) of the week in the specified
period on which the selected schedule
will be used for playout.
Item Description
Period Period when no playout should be done.
The days which are checked as
explained below in the specified period
will be “no playout days.”
