Functions of the Send Schedule Window Set
Chapter 7 Distribution
a Month and year drop-down list boxes
Specifies the month to be displayed in the window.
Selecting a month or a year with the appropriate drop-
down list box switches the displayed month.
b Previous and next month buttons
Selects and displays the previous or next month.
c This Month button
Selects and displays the current month.
d Calendar
Displays the schedules of the month created for the
group selected by the “Group” drop-down list box in
the “Content Management” window.
Non playout days are displayed in red, and the other
days for which no schedule is created are displayed in
black.
It shows the status of the schedule specified for each
day by background color. The meanings of the
background colors are described at the bottom of the
window.
Pointing to a day for which a schedule has been
specified with a mouse triggers a popup window with
detailed information on the schedule.
e Current date and time
Displays the current date and time of the PC where the
VSPA-D7 software is operating.
The date and time format is always mmm. DD, YYYY
here, such as “Dec. 10, 2007” regardless of the
Windows regional option settings.

Menus in the Content Management
Window
Right-clicking on the “Schedule” tab of the “Content
Management” window displays a context-menu to provide
the following commands.
Some of the commands also appear as buttons on the
“Content Management” window toolbar.
Delete command
Deletes the selected schedule.
When you execute this command, a confirmation message
appears. Click [Yes] to delete the schedule.
Send command
Starts distribution of the selected schedule to the players in
the selected group.

details.
Delete Schedule from VSP-NS7 command
Deletes the selected schedule from the players in the
selected group. This command is used for deleting the
schedule currently used, and stopping scheduled playout
as a result.

Window
The “VSP-NS7 Status” window provides no menus.
Menus in the Sending Status of
Group Window
Right-clicking a day for which a schedule has been created
on the calendar shows a context-menu that includes the
following commands.
