Troubleshooting and Support
Unknown image
error. Unable to
complete request.
The camera
could not
complete the
image
modification you
requested.
Try modifying the
image again.
If the same message
displays, transfer the
image to your
computer and modify it
using the HP
Image
Zone software.
PROCESSING... The camera is
processing data,
such as saving
the last picture
you took.
If you are in Live View,
wait a few seconds for
the camera to finish
processing before
taking another picture
or pressing another
button.
If you are in Playback,
use the
buttons to
scroll to another image
or wait until processing
is complete.
CHARGING
FLASH...
The camera is
recharging the
flash.
It takes longer to charge
the flash when the battery
is low. If you see this
message a lot, you may
need to replace or
recharge the battery.
FOCUS TOO FAR
and focus
brackets red
The focus
distance is
beyond where
the camera can
focus in the
Macro
shooting mode.
Select a shooting mode
other than Macro (see
page 42).
Move closer to the
subject, within the
range of the Macro
shooting mode (see
page 42).
