Gatekeeper Discovery
Required
You must allow ViaVideo to
discover the gatekeeper.
Select Auto on the H.323
Gatekeeper setting
(System Info>Setup>H.323
Setup>H.323).
Gatekeeper Invalid Revision Your gatekeeper may not
support the correct version
of H.323.
Check that your gatekeeper
supports H.323, version 3.
Gatekeeper Invalid Call
Signal Address
The gatekeeper has an
invalid call signal address.
1. Check the Gatekeeper IP
address.
2. Check that the
gatekeeper is still
operational and
configured correctly.
Gatekeeper Invalid RAS
Address
The gatekeeper has an
invalid RAS Address.
1. Check the Gatekeeper IP
address.
2. Check that the
gatekeeper is still
operational and
configured correctly.
Gatekeeper Invalid Terminal
Type
The gatekeeper has an
invalid terminal type.
Make sure your gatekeeper
has the correct terminal
type.
Gatekeeper Undefined
Reason
An unknown error has
occurred with the
gatekeeper.
1. Check the Gatekeeper IP
address.
2. Check that the
gatekeeper is still
operational and
configured correctly.
Gatekeeper Transport Not
Supported
Gatekeeper transport is not
supported.
Verify that your gatekeeper
supports IP.
Gatekeeper Full
Registration Required
The gatekeeper did not
receive full registration
information.
Make sure that your User
Name and other registration
information is not blank.
