Configuration: Conferencing
Conferencing is a feature that allows a user to set up a two-way video conference using the IR
Remote Control. This screen provides the configuration of the necessary parameters.
User String 36 characters maximum. This is the actual text message that will be
displayed and refreshed at the interval specified above. You can use
any combination of alphanumeric and special characters. The
following standard operators are supported in the text message.
\s1 – Blinking on.
\s0 – Blinking off.
\h – The VBrick Host Name on Configuration: Network page.
\t – The time in HH:MM:SS format.
\d – The date in MM:DD:YY format.
Example:
\d \s1 Accident on I 95 \s0 \t will display the message
11:10:05 Accident on I 95 14:55:22 with Accident on I95 blinking.
To avoid conflicts between fields that refresh automatically (\h, \t,
\d) and /s1 which controls blinking, be sure to enable blinking at least
once on every line where blinking is desired.
Vertical Position 1–16. The screen is divided into 16 vertical lines for messages. Line 1
is at the top; Line 8 is in the middle of the screen.

1–35. Starting position on line. 1 is at the extreme left side of the
screen.
Display Enable Indicates whether the message is enabled or disabled.
Error Displays validation and other errors.
