[Frame Rate]: For MP4 movies only. Sets the frame rate (the
number of frames recorded per second). Changing the frame
rate will change how smooth movement looks in your movies.
You can select 30P (30 frames per second, progressive) or a
cinema-like 24P (24 frames per second, progressive).
• When recording AVCHD movies, the frame rate will automati-
cally be set to 60i.
