Battery communication error. Does this battery display the
Canon logo?
- This may be due to using a battery pack not recommended
by Canon for use with this camcorder.
- If you are using a battery pack recommended by Canon for
use with this camcorder, there may be a problem with the
battery pack or camcorder. Consult a Canon Service
Center.
Cannot convert scenes recorded using interval recording.
- Interval scenes with the icon cannot be converted or
resized. Join the interval scenes into a single scene
(A 102).
Cannot convert the scene
- Scenes that were recorded or edited with other devices can-
not be converted to MP4 scenes.
Cannot divide the scene
- The scene could not be divided because the camcorder’s
internal scene management data log is full. Delete some
scenes and photos (A 81) and try dividing the scene again.
Cannot join 24P and 30P scenes to convert them
- Scenes that were recorded using different frame rates can-
not be joined to a single scene when converted or resized.
Cannot load canvas
- The canvas file that was saved on the memory card is cor-
rupted.
