• As the TWAIN driver utilizes the ASPI manager it will not operate if a SCSI board not compatible with
ASPI is used.
• Connect the camera and SCSI board using a one-to-one connection. Correct operation may be
impeded if connected with other equipment in a daisy chain.
(To use other SCSI equipment at the same time, use a separate SCSI board.)
• Set the SCSI ID to a number other than that of the SCSI board (other than 7). ( ੬ page 24)
• Set the monitor output mode to the VGA mode. ( ੬ page 24)
• For description of the installation method, read the Readme.txt file on the provided floppy disk.
• Operation is not guaranteed for all TWAIN compliant applications. Correct operation may not be
obtainable if other software than Adobe® Photoshop® 5.0/5.5 is used.
Capturing images using commercially available software
Adobe® Photoshop® (Photoshop LE), etc. are commercially available graphic software applica-
tions for capturing images. The provided TWAIN driver is used for capturing images. When con-
necting the hardware, you will have to purchase a separate SCSI board and SCSI cable.
