Frames Remaining Indicator KODAK Camera
Back
The frames remaining indicator displays the number of additional pictures
that can be stored on the PCMCIA card currently in the camera system.
Frames remaining
The number of images that can be stored on a PCMCIA card depends on
the storage capability of the card; an example of the storage capacity of
one size card appears in the Specifications appendix.
Frame Counter Canon EOS-1 N Camera
A
separate
numbering system is provided by the Canon EOS-1 N camera.
Its frame counter appears on the Canon EOS-1 N LCD on top of the
camera. These numbers go up by one as each picture is taken. After
reaching number 39, the frame counter cycles back to 1, 2, etc.
Since the PCMCIA card can store more than 39 images, you probably will
have multiple images on the same PCMCIA card with the same numbers.
To avoid confusion when you or others look for specific images on
the PCMCIA card, you can use the record button as described later in this
chapter to annotate images, or when you access images with the driver
you can look in the Image Information Window to determine the time the
image was taken.
